- All the products are covered under either a one or two year warranty depending on the product within the U.S. and Canada. Our product warranty covers all purchases made through zellawallet.com, authorized resellers and retailers.
What isn'st covered by the warranty?
- Cosmetic damage by owner accident, abuse, misuse, modification of any parts of the product, damage due to improper operation or attempted repair by anyone, failure to install products in accordance with the law, and free products.
- Purchases made over 12 or 24 months ago (unless otherwise noted with a customer service representative)
- Non-quality related issues (after 30 days)
